    If your item is damaged during transit, you may request a return within 15 days of delivery. Returned items must be new, unused, and in original packaging, with no signs of wear. Returns are accepted by mail only.

    Refunds:
    Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Approved returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee (shipping and handling excluded).

    Please note:
    Returns and refunds are not applicable to steering wheels with personalized logos, special-colored carbon fiber, or any other custom modifications.

    • Steering Wheels: 2–4 weeks (handmade to order)

    • Shipping: DHL Worldwide (typically 4–7 business days)

  • Contact us for a custom quote, and we will respond within 48 hours.

  • Yes. We ship worldwide using DHL and have delivered to over 100 countries.
    Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • No. All custom steering wheels are non-refundable. Each wheel is handmade to order, and production begins immediately after your order is placed. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once submitted.
