What is your return and refund policy?

Returns:
If the product you ordered is damaged during transit, you may return your purchase within 15 days after receiving the item. In order to return a product, it must be new and unused, display no wear and tear, and be in its original packaging. Items may be returned by mail.
Refunds:
All refunds are issued using the same form of payment that was originally used to complete the initial purchase. You will be refunded the total amount of your purchase minus a 50% restocking fee that excludes shipping and handling.
*Note: The return and refund policy is not applicable for steering wheel purchases with personalized logos, special colored carbon fiber, or any other kind of special customization.


Which types of payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover through PayPal only. 

How long will my order take?

UltraVantage products typically takes 2-4 weeks for steering wheels and 1-2 weeks for clusters. DHL Worldwide service is used and will usually take 4-7 business days to be delivered.

How do I order a steering wheel?

Contact us for a custom quote and we will always get back to you in less than 48 hours.

Do you ship anywhere in the world?

YES! We use DHL Worldwide services and have delivered products in over 100 countries.

What if I don't see my steering wheel on your site?

Contact us through the social media icons on the bottom of the page and we will work with you to custom make a steering wheel for you. We can custom make a steering wheel for almost every auto brand.

Terms and Conditions: 

Risk of Loss:

All items purchased from Ultravantage are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Shipping:

No orders will be shipped until payment has cleared through PayPal. Please note that PayPal can hold funds on large payments before releasing them to us whilst they complete security checks on the transaction.

Any applicable import or customs duties/taxes/fees are the customers responsibility.

Custom Steering Wheels are NON-REFUNDABLE:

The customer bears responsibility of verifying correct application and/or sizing of the parts before installation. Once a product is removed from its original packaging or installed on a vehicle, it will be considered in used condition and is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

Custom Steering Wheel Orders:

Any orders placed for custom steering wheels that are built to order are non-refundable from the time of placing your order, as the production process is started immediately. No changes to your order can be made after the order has been placed. No exceptions.

Please keep in mind these are handmade products. Slight variances in trim piece clearances and carbon fiber weave are to be allowed for. We strive for 100% perfection but please keep in mind you are purchasing a handmade item.
